Service Description

This 1 hour 15 minutes Traditional Hatha Yoga practice includes: Joint movement, Digestive sequence, Pranayama, Balancing & Sun Salutations. Both dynamic and relaxing flow between the poses, allows us to work into deeper layers of the muscles and connective tissues. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, lighter and brighter after creating space in your body and mind. Increase strength, flexibility whilst balancing our mind, body and breath. Finished off with 10 minutes relaxation and mindfulness in Savasana.
